"Wall Street Journal" quoted informed sources and reported that Boeing and United Technologies has begun hoarding titanium parts manufactured by Russian producer-VSMPO-Avisma.They started the scheme in order to avoid further tensions in US-Russia relationship which may cause enterprise inadequate supply of titanium raw materials and affection of normal production activities.Titanium parts is a key raw materials for production of a jet-aircraft.

"Wall Street Journal" reported that Boeing,United Technologies and Airbus plans to purchase the most part of titanium raw materials from VSMPO-Avisma.The report also said the action for titanium raw material stock had started as early as March this year,since the annexation of Crimea by Russia,their relationship suddenly went to tense.In response to these reports,the representatives of Boeing and United Technologies were noncommittal for Reuters Peporter's ask.

In March this year,Western countries made a moderate santion to Russia because of the Annexation of Crimea by Russia,while Malaysia Airlines crushed by missile hit in Ukraine,Western countries made a harsh santion to Russia.
